اللَّهُ
الَّذِي
يُرْسِلُ
الرِّيَاحَ
فَتُثِيرُ
سَحَابًا
فَيَبْسُطُهُ
فِي
السَّمَاءِ
كَيْفَ
يَشَاءُ
وَيَجْعَلُهُ
كِسَفًا
فَتَرَى
الْوَدْقَ
يَخْرُجُ
مِنْ
خِلَالِهِ
فَإِذَا
أَصَابَ
بِهِ
مَن
يَشَاءُ
مِنْ
عِبَادِهِ
إِذَا
هُمْ
يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
allāhu lladhī yursilu r-riyāḥa fa-tuthīru saḥāban fa-yabsuṭuhū fī s-samāʾi kayfa yashāʾu wa-yajʿaluhū kisafan fa-tarā l-wadqa yakhruju min khilālihī fa-ʾidhā ʾaṣāba bihī man yashāʾu min ʿibādihī ʾidhā hum yastabshirūna
It is God who sends the winds to raise the clouds. He spreads them in the sky as He wants, then He intensifies them, and then you can see the rain coming down from the cloud. When He sends it down upon whichever of His servants He wants, they rejoice
