فَقَرَأَهُ

عَلَيْهِم

مَّا

كَانُوا

بِهِ

مُؤْمِنِينَ

fa-qaraʾahū ʿalayhim mā kānū bihī muʾminīna

And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it.
