ٱلْإِسْرَاء
17:93
أَوْ
يَكُونَ
لَكَ
بَيْتٌ
مِّن
زُخْرُفٍ
أَوْ
تَرْقَى
فِي
السَّمَاءِ
وَلَن
نُّؤْمِنَ
لِرُقِيِّكَ
حَتَّى
تُنَزِّلَ
عَلَيْنَا
كِتَابًا
نَّقْرَؤُهُ
قُلْ
سُبْحَانَ
رَبِّي
هَلْ
كُنتُ
إِلَّا
بَشَرًا
رَّسُولًا
ʾaw yakūna laka baytun min zukhrufin ʾaw tarqā fī s-samāʾi wa-lan nuʾmina li-ruqiyyika ḥattā tunazzila ʿalaynā kitāban naqraʾuhū qul subḥāna rabbī hal kuntu ʾillā basharan rasūlan
or (show us) that you have a well adorned house of your own, or climb into the sky. We shall never believe that you have climbed into the sky until you bring us a book that we can read." Say, "All glory belongs to my Lord. Am I more than a mortal Messenger?"
