3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘A pregnant widow does not have any right for maintenance.’”
