مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ
قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ وَ هُوَ غَائِبٌ فَلْيُشْهِدْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَإِذَا مَضَى ثَلَاثَةُ أَقْرَاءٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ فَقَدِ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا .
5. Muhammad ibn Ahmad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following:
“Abu Ja’far has said, ‘If a man divorces his wife when he is absent he must appoint witnesses. When three Hayd (menses)-free periods pass from that time her ‘Iddah (waiting period) is complete.’”
