8. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn Ali from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jamilah from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about what people scatter on certain people during an entertaining occasion or wedding ceremony. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is unlawful but what they give, you can take it.’”
