7- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَمْرَكِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ النِّثَارِ مِنَ السُّكَّرِ وَاللَّوْزِ وَأَشْبَاهِهِ أَيَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ قَالَ يُكْرَهُ أَكْلُ مَا انْتُهِبَ.
7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy ibn Ali from Ali ibn Ja’far from his brother who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan , about the case of what is spread of sugar, almond and so on, on happy occasions if is permissible. He (the Imam) said, ’It is detestable to consume what is plundered.’”
