2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى وَابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ جَمِيعاً عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الزَّكَاةِ أَ يُفَضَّلُ بَعْضُ مَنْ يُعْطَى مِمَّنْ لاَ يَسْأَلُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ يُفَضَّلُ الَّذِي لاَ يَسْأَلُ عَلَى الَّذِي يَسْأَلُ.
2. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Safwan ibn Yahya and Ibn Abi ‘Umayr all from ‘Abd al- Rahman ibn al-Hajjaj who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan , if in paying Zakat priorities, such as those asking and those not asking for help can be given preference among beneficiaries. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, those beneficiaries who do not ask for help have priority over those who ask for help.’”
