1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَوْ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ نَهَى عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمَرْأَتَيْنِ لَيْسَ لِوَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا صَدَاقٌ إِلا بُضْعُ صَاحِبَتِهَا وَقَالَ لا يَحِلُّ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ وَاحِدَةً مِنْهُمَا إِلا بِصَدَاقٍ وَنِكَاحِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from certain persons of our people who have said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah, or abu Ja‘far (a.s.), prohibited marriage of two women without assigning any mahr (dower) for anyone of them except that this agrees for marriage because of the other woman’s agreeing to marry because she (the other woman) has done so.’”
