مَتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡ
as a [place of] sustenance for you and your livestock.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 79:33] By Allah's bountiful beneficence, everything on earth has been made available to man for his sustenance.
