أَفَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَن يَأْتِيَهُم بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا وَهُمْ نَائِمُونَ

Do the people of the towns feel secure from Our punishment overtaking them at night while they are asleep?
