أَمْ

يَقُولُونَ

شَاعِرٌ

نَّتَرَبَّصُ

بِهِ

رَيْبَ

الْمَنُونِ

ʾam yaqūlūna shāʿirun natarabbaṣu bihī rayba l-manūni

Or do they say:- "A Poet! we await for him some calamity (hatched) by Time!"
