وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِلَهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَهٌ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ
It is He who is God in the sky, and God on the earth, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Knowing.
