فَاسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُ فَأَطَاعُوهُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ

Thus did he mislead his people and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were a transgressing lot.
