3:74

يَخْتَصُّ

بِرَحْمَتِهِ

مَن

يَشَاءُ

وَاللَّهُ

ذُو

الْفَضْلِ

الْعَظِيمِ

yakhtaṣṣu bi-raḥmatihī man yashāʾu wa-llāhu dhū l-faḍli l-ʿaẓīmi

God grants priority in granting mercy to whomever He wants. God's favors are great.
