يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا بُشْرَى يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ وَيَقُولُونَ حِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا
The day they will see the angels, there will be no good news for the guilty on that day, and they will say, ‘Keep off [from paradise]!’

Commentary on Quran 25:22
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 25:22] The disbelievers will see the angels on the day of reckoning who will inform them that they will not be allowed to enter the land of eternal bliss. By hijran mahjura it has been made emphatic and definite.
