مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِم مُّحْدَثٍ إِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ
There does not come to them any new reminder from their Lord but they listen to it as they play around,

Commentary on Quran 21:2
[Pooya/Ali Commentary 21:2] Allah reminds the transgressors through His message again and again, but though they hear it every time, they remain busy in pleasures and wasteful activities.
