Aqa Mahdi Puya says: "Do with your tillage as you like" explains "Do with them as ordained" of the previous verse, but keep in mind that women are a tillage, therefore, dealing with it in a wasteful or unnatural way is foolish and detestable. Qaddimu li-anfusikum means do good before-hand for your life after death, because ultimately you will meet Allah.
