al-Baqarah (The Cow)
ٱلْبَقَرَة
2:190
وَقَاتِلُوا
فِي
سَبِيلِ
اللَّهِ
الَّذِينَ
يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ
وَلَا
تَعْتَدُوا
إِنَّ
اللَّهَ
لَا
يُحِبُّ
الْمُعْتَدِينَ
wa-qātilū fī sabīli llāhi lladhīna yuqātilūnakum wa-lā taʿtadū ʾinna llāha lā yuḥibbu l-muʿtadīna
Fight for the cause of God, those who fight you, but do not transgress, for God does not love the transgressors.
