الإسراء
al-Isrā’ (The Night Journey)
ٱلْإِسْرَاء
17:100
قُل
لَّوْ
أَنتُمْ
تَمْلِكُونَ
خَزَائِنَ
رَحْمَةِ
رَبِّي
إِذًا
لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْ
خَشْيَةَ
الْإِنفَاقِ
وَكَانَ
الْإِنسَانُ
قَتُورًا
qul law ʾantum tamlikūna khazāʾina raḥmati rabbī ʾidhan la-ʾamsaktum khashyata l-ʾinfāqi wa-kāna l-ʾinsānu qatūran
Say, "Had you owned the treasures of the Mercy of my Lord, you would have locked them up for fear of spending them. The human being has always been stingy.
