وَمَا

كَانَ

رَبُّكَ

لِيُهْلِكَ

الْقُرَى

بِظُلْمٍ

وَأَهْلُهَا

مُصْلِحُونَ

wa-mā kāna rabbuka li-yuhlika l-qurā bi-ẓulmin wa-ʾahluhā muṣliḥūna

Your Lord would not have destroyed those people (of the towns) for their injustice if they had tried to reform themselves.
