5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has narrated the following:

“About the case of a woman who freed a man and about with whom rests his guardianship and to who belongs his legacy, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Such things rest with the one who has bought his freedom, unless he has other heirs besides her.’”
