1- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ (عَلَيْهِما السَّلام)
فِي الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا قَالَ لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ.
1. Abu Ali al-Ash ‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar and Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from all from Safwan from ‘Abd al- Rahman ibn al-Hajjaj from a man who has narrated the following:
“About the case of a woman whose husband has died before going to bed with her, Ali ibn al-Husayn , has said that she receives one-half of mahr (dower) and her share of inheritance and she must complete ‘Iddah (waiting period).’”
