6- وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ
إِنَّ الإخْوَةَ مِنَ الأمِّ لا يَحْجُبُونَ الأمَّ عَنِ الثُّلُثِ.
6. Through the same chain of narrators as that of the previous Hadith the following is narrated from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has narrated the following:
“I once heard abu ‘ Abd Allah 
, saying, ’Brothers from the mothers’ side do not bar the mother from one-third of the legacy.’”
