Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from al-Qasim ibn al-Fudayl from Rib’iy from al-Fudayl who has narrated the following: “About the case of a man who is appointed as the executor of the will abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If the appointment is sent from one town to another town he cannot refuse to accept the appointment.’”
