Hadith #3

3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: “A man from Egypt narrated to me that abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘Raisins strengthen nerves, dispels illness and make one’s breathe pleasant.’”
