عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ عِيصِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِنَّ ثَوْراً بِالْكُوفَةِ ثَارَ فَبَادَرَ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ بِأَسْيَافِهِمْ فَضَرَبُوهُ فَأَتَوْا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فَسَأَلُوهُ فَقَالَ ذَكَاةٌ وَحِيَّةٌ وَ لَحْمُهُ حَلَالٌ .
2. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar and Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from ibn Muskan from Muhammad al-Halabiy who has said the following: “About the case of a bull that broke loose and people rushed with their swords and beat it down, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘They asked ’Amir al-Mu’minin
, about it and he (the Imam) said, ‘It is a fast slaughtering but its flesh is lawful for food.’”
