مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام )
قَالَ إِذَا امْتَنَعَ عَلَيْكَ بَعِيرٌ وَ أَنْتَ تُرِيدُ أَنْ تَنْحَرَهُ فَانْطَلَقَ مِنْكَ فَإِنْ خَشِيتَ أَنْ يَسْبِقَكَ فَضَرَبْتَهُ بِسَيْفٍ أَوْ طَعَنْتَهُ بِرُمْحٍ بَعْدَ أَنْ تُسَمِّيَ فَكُلْ إِلَّا أَنْ تُدْرِكَهُ وَ لَمْ يَمُتْ بَعْدُ فَذَكِّهِ .
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Safwan from ‘Is ibn al-Qasim who has said the following:
“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that once in al-Kufah a bull revolted and broke loose. People rushed with their swords and beat it down. They asked ’Amir al-Mu’minin
, about it and he (the Imam) said, ‘It is a fast slaughtering but its flesh is lawful for food.’”
