9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Muhammad al-Halabiy who has said the following:

“I once asked him (the Imam) , about the case of a man who shoots a prey and hits it. People before him come and interrupt him. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can use it for food.”’
