مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّمِيَّةِ يَجِدُهَا صَاحِبُهَا أَ يَأْكُلُهَا قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ رَمْيَتَهُ هِيَ الَّتِي قَتَلَتْهُ فَلْيَأْكُلْ .

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Hisham ibn Salim from Sulayman ibn Khalid who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah , about a prey that its owner finds; if he can use it for food. He (the Imam) said, ’If he knows that it is his shot that has killed it, he can use it for food.’”
