مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْعِجْلِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام )
قَالَ كُلْ مِنَ الصَّيْدِ مَا قَتَلَ السَّيْفُ وَ السَّهْمُ وَ الرُّمْحُوَ سُئِلَ عَنْ صَيْدٍ صِيدَ فَتَوَزَّعَهُ الْقَوْمُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Tha’labah ibn Maymun from Burayd ibn Mu‘awiyah al-‘Ijliy from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following:
“Abu Ja’far , has said, ‘Whatever is hunted by swords, arrows and spears are lawful to use for food.’ He (the Imam) was asked about the prey, which is assigned to several people in portions before it dies. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
