عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ زَيْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْحِيتَانِ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يُسَمَّ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ إِنْ كَانَ حَيّاً أَنْ يَأْخُذَهُ .
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Amr ibn ‘Uthman from al-Mufaddal ibn Salih from Zayd al-Shahham who has said the following: “Once abu ‘Abd Allah , was asked about catching fish without a mention of the name of Allah. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful if it is alive when he catches it.’”
