1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that waiting period for al-Khul‘ is like the waiting period for divorced woman and al-Khul‘ is her divorce.’”
