مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍ الْوَاسِطِيِّ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هُوَ غَائِبٌ فَقَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَعِدَّتُهَا مِنْ يَوْمَ طَلَّقَ .
7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Musa ibn Bakr al-Wasitiy from Zurarah who has narrated the following:
“Abu Ja’far , has said, ‘If one divorces his wife when he is absent and proof is established to prove such divorce, her ‘Iddah (waiting period) commences from the day he has divorced her.’”
