حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ فِي عِدَّتِهَا إِنْ طَابَتْ نَفْسُ زَوْجِهَا .
12. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following:
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah 
, saying, ‘A divorced woman can perform al-Hajj if her husband agrees.’”
