8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is one and her waiting period ends with childbirth if it is the nearer of the two.’”
