Divorce of a Pregnant Woman
Hadith #4
وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ وَ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الْحُبْلَى تُطَلَّقُ تَطْلِيقَةً وَاحِدَةً .
4. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah and from Safwan ibn Yahya from ibn Bukayr from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah

, has said,
‘A pregnant woman is divorced once.’”
