3. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah and al-Husayn ibn ‘Uthman from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘If a man who is absent from his wife wants to divorce her, he can do so and he must leave her for one month.’”
