Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah and Ja‘far ibn Sama‘ah from Jamil from ’Isma‘il al- Ju‘fiy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘Five kinds of women can be divorced in all conditions. They are pregnant women, those whose husbands are absent, those who do not experience Hayd (menses), those in their menopause and women with whom one has not gone to bed.’” Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Tsma‘il al-Ju‘fiy a similar Hadith.
