عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ خَمْسٌ يُطَلِّقُهُنَّ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ الْحَامِلُ وَ الَّتِي لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الْغَائِبُ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الَّتِي لَمْ تَحِضْ وَ الَّتِي قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْحَيْضِ .

1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Jamil ibn Darraj from ’Isma‘il al-Ju‘fiy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘A man can divorce five kinds of women in all conditions: They are pregnant women, women with whom one has not gone to bed, those whose husbands are absent, those who do not experience Hayd (menses) and those in their menopause.”’ 

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِطَلَاقِ خَمْسٍ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ الْغَائِبِ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الَّتِي لَمْ تَحِضْ وَ الَّتِي لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الْحُبْلَى وَ الَّتِي قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ .

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Um ay r from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, Tt is not unlawful to divorce five kinds of women in all conditions. They are those whose husbands are absent, those who do not experience Hayd (menses), women with whom one has not gone to bed, pregnant women, and those in their menopause.’” 

حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ وَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ خَمْسٌ يُطَلَّقْنَ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ الْحَامِلُ وَ الْغَائِبُ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الَّتِي لَمْ تَحِضْ وَ الَّتِي قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ وَ الَّتِي لَمْ يُدْخَلْ بِهَا .عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) مِثْلَهُ .

3. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah and Ja‘far ibn Sama‘ah from Jamil from ’Isma‘il al- Ju‘fiy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Five kinds of women can be divorced in all conditions. They are pregnant women, those whose husbands are absent, those who do not experience Hayd (menses), those in their menopause and women with whom one has not gone to bed.’” Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Tsma‘il al-Ju‘fiy a similar Hadith.
