عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام )
قَالَ خَمْسٌ يُطَلِّقُهُنَّ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ الْحَامِلُ وَ الَّتِي لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الْغَائِبُ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَ الَّتِي لَمْ تَحِضْ وَ الَّتِي قَدْ يَئِسَتْ مِنَ الْحَيْضِ .
1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Jamil ibn Darraj from ’Isma‘il al-Ju‘fiy who has said the following:
“Abu Ja‘far , has said, ‘A man can divorce five kinds of women in all conditions: They are pregnant women, women with whom one has not gone to bed, those whose husbands are absent, those who do not experience Hayd (menses) and those in their menopause.”’
