عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام )
قَالَ إِنَّ الطَّلَاقَ لَا يَكُونُ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ وَ إِنَّ الرَّجْعَةَ بِغَيْرِ شُهُودٍ رَجْعَةٌ وَ لَكِنْ لَيُشْهِدُ بَعْدُ فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ .
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ‘Udhaynah from Zurarah and Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following:
“Abu Ja’far , has said, ‘Divorce does not take place without witnesses, however, going back to one’s wife without witnesses is lawful but having witnesses for it is better.’”
