4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ قَالَ تَقُولُ
أَتَزَوَّجُكِ مُتْعَةً عَلَى كِتَابِ اللهِ وَسُنَّةِ نَبِيِّهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) نِكَاحاً غَيْرَ سِفَاحٍ وَعَلَى أَنْ لا تَرِثِينِي وَلا أَرِثَكِ كَذَا وَكَذَا يَوْماً بِكَذَا وَكَذَا دِرْهَماً وَعَلَى أَنَّ عَلَيْكِ الْعِدَّةَ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from Tha’labah who has said the following: “He (the Imam) 
, has said,
say, ‘I marry you in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) according to the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Holy prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, a marriage which is not indecency and that you will not inherit me and I will not inherit you, for so and so amount of dirham as mahr (dower) and that you must complete the waiting period.’”
