12- حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِيثَمِيِّ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ دَرَّ لَبَنُهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ وِلادَةٍ فَأَرْضَعَتْ جَارِيَةً وَغُلاماً بِذَلِكَ اللَّبَنِ هَلْ يَحْرُمُ بِذَلِكَ اللَّبَنِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ قَالَ لا.
12. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan al-Mithamiy from Yunus ibn Ya’qub who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a woman who allows her milk without giving birth and breastfeeds a girl or a boy with that milk; if because of such milk the unlawfulness on account of breastfeeding comes into existence. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, unlawfulness does not come into existence.’”
