2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from abu ‘Ubaydah al- Hadhdha’ who has said the following: “I once heard abu Ja‘far , saying,

‘You must not marry a woman as a second wife, the first being her paternal or maternal aunt, without her permission.’”
