4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from ‘Abd al-Hamid ibn ‘Awwad al-Ta’iy who has said the following:

“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who marries a woman and does not have anything to pay her and then goes to bed with her. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful; it is a debt on him.’”
