2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad and ‘Abd Allah sons of Muhammad ibn ‘Isa have narrated from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim from abu al-‘Abbas who has said the following:

“About the case of a man who marries a woman with the condition that he will not take her out of her town, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘He must keep that promise’ or that he (the Imam) said, ‘It is binding upon him.’”
