1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى ثَوْباً وَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ شَيْئاً فَكَرِهَهُ ثُمَّ رَدَّهُ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَقْبَلَهُ إِلا بِوَضِيعَةٍ قَالَ لا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَهُ بِوَضِيعَةٍ فَإِنْ جَهِلَ فَأَخَذَهُ وَبَاعَهُ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَمَنِهِ رَدَّ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ الأوَّلِ مَا زَادَ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from af-Halabiy who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah , about the case of a man who buys clothes without condition; then dislikes them and returns to the seller who does not accept the return without a certain amount of penalty. He (the Imam) said, ‘He cannot charge any penalty but if he did it because of ignorance and then sold it to someone for more, he must return the extra to the first owner.”
