4- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الْبَعِيرِ بِالْبَعِيرَيْنِ يَداً بِيَدٍ وَنَسِيئَةً فَقَالَ نَعَمْ لا بَأْسَ إِذَا سَمَّيْتَ بِالأسْنَانِ جَذَعَيْنِ أَوْ ثَنِيَّيْنِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَنِي فَخَطَطْتُ عَلَى النَّسِيئَةِ.
4. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufiy from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sa‘id ibn Yasar who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about exchanging one camel for two camels in a hand in hand transaction and on credit. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is permissible if you name it in terms of age, Jadh‘ayn or Thaniyayn (kinds of camels in terms of age). He (the Imam) then commanded me to strike out the word ‘al-Nisyah’ (on credit perhaps because of Taqiyyah).
