10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ja’far ibn Muhammad ibn abu al-Sabbah from his father from his grandfather who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who becomes a friend of a young woman who gives him four thousand dirham and says, ‘If our friendship is destroyed you can return the dirhams to me.’ He works with it and makes profits. The young man marries and wants to repent, what should he do? He (the Imam) said, ‘He must return the dirhams and the profit belongs to him.’”
